At Hygge SHORES, we aim to make your life easy and comfortable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us FREE OF CHARGE!

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To process your refund, please complete the following steps:

1) Access your order details using the following link: https://account.hyggeshores.co.uk

2) You will be asked to input your contact email address - please ensure this is the same email address you provided when initially purchasing the item(s).

3) You will be sent a 6 digit confirmation code to your email address - enter this code to access your account.

4) Once in your account, click on the "Orders" tab to find the product you wish to return. Select the "Request Return" option.

5) Choose an option from the "Select a Reason" list and then click the "Request Return" button.

We will then verify your return, and once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting return authorisation cannot be accepted. Please also note; all sale items are excluded from our returns policy.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
