What is your return policy?

How long does shipping take?

At Hygge SHORES, we believe you should be able to receive your product as quickly as you want, so we take pride in offering next day delivery or two day delivery as our standard shipping options. See our delivery page for more details.

How can I track my order?

All of our deliveries are posted using Royal Mails Tracked24® or Tracked48 services. If you would like to track the progress of your order, you can do this via your customer account where you will be able to find your unique parcel reference number. Please enter this reference into the Royal Mail tracking system.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we don't. Hygge SHORES is a specialist UK company - all of our products are supplied or manufactured in the UK, and we only deliver to UK customers. We are proud to be a local British company, working with local suppliers and manufacturers to reduce the environmental impact of delivering our products to you.

How do I change or cancel my order?
